• Founder & Director, We Learn Thai Chiang Mai (2013–Present) : Established a renowned language school with a unique curriculum blending language learning and cultural immersion. Nicha also introduced the innovative 3 Ps teaching method: Presentation, Practice, and Production, ensuring a holistic learning experience.
• School Teacher (2003–2013) : Taught English and other subjects at primary and secondary levels, creating engaging lesson plans and providing personalized student support.
• Travel Agent (2000–2003) : Guided tourists in planning travel itineraries and offered cultural insights to enhance their journeys.
